I am a multidisciplinary designer serving small and medium businesses. Whether you need a logo + brand built from the ground up, you have an old website in need of a tune up, or are looking to up your social media game, start sending emails to that big ‘ol list of clients, or print some flyers for your next big sales event, I’m your guy!

The clients I love to work for are typically small to medium businesses with a marketing champion, not necessarily a dedicated marketing role, but someone (could be the owner) that handles the majority of marketing efforts. They also recognize they aren’t making the most of their visual online identity or have an upcoming initiative that will need visual support (Think social media or ad campaign, email marketing campaign, big sales event, etc). Brand Audit

Price: $500 – $1500

Geared towards established businesses that have been online for awhile and might have some forgotten/inactive social profiles or otherwise might be underutilizing the wonderful world wide web.

For an agreed-upon flat rate, together, we will dig into your brand and its online presence. Think social profiles, website, Yelp, anywhere you might appear online. Then, we’ll take what we find and compare against a few different brand metrics. Number one, Consistency aka “Who’s who here?” For example: does your logo match across all the various online platforms. If your logo on Facebook is different from what shows up on Google Maps, people won’t be sure if the deal they saw on your Facebook is for the place their phone is currently navigating them to. Number two, Modern Best Practices aka “Get with the Times,” Are you making the most of your online presence? Could you be doing more? Probably! There are a number of tools that small and medium businesses can employ to optimize their online activity with actual data and analytics! It really isn’t that daunting when we can break it down together, you can learn a few key metrics, aka KPIs, aka Key Performance Indicators, and turn your social platforms into assets that can help you grow and thrive. Number three, Your Own Brand Ethos aka “Do I Look as Good as I Feel?” Does your online presence represent you the way you want to be perceived by customers, clients, etc? For example: If your business has a reputation for being dependable, your social profiles ought to back that up by being up to date with consistent and clear communication.

Once we have an idea of where your brand’s visual weak points are, I’ll collect all of our findings as well as my suggestions for next steps into a nice and tidy PDF document for you to keep and refer to as you continue to improve your brand. Depending on the size of your business, existing online presence, and goals, the price usually ranges from $500-$1500.

Ad/Social Campaign

Price: $ Varies

If you’re looking to grow or have some specific goals identified, your strategery might involve some sort of ad or social campaign. Together we can brainstorm some concepts and then I can handle the rest. I’ll design the ads, set up & run the campaign on whatever platform(s) we need, track key metrics and analytics, and report back to you with the results. From there we can adjust for another round or I can templatize the ad layouts and pass the operations on to you.

Web Design

Price: $ Varies

You already know how important your website is, as it’s one of the first places many people interact with your business. It needs to work for you, not against you. We’ll discuss your current site, what’s working, what’s not, and what’s missing altogether. Depending on what we find, your site might just need a facelift and some analytics tracking, or some real development and implementation of new features (Think online scheduling, purchases, live chats, etc)

Whatever the case ends up being, I will quote the project up front and create a timeline so your website is up to speed as quickly as possible.

Brand Guidelines

Price: $ Varies

Your logo is the workhorse behind your brand and it should be treated with respect. A clear brand guideline document ensures that no matter where your logo appears, it looks its best. This is a necessity for brands with apparel or promotional products of any kind and very helpful for growing brands with new people interacting and steering the brand. Beyond the logo, typography, colors, and voice all contribute your brand and how you’re perceived by the world. Defining those touchpoints gives you control of that perception and allows you to use them to your advantage. Ultimately, this document will guide your online & marketing strategies going forward and provide guardrails to make sure your brand stays on track as you grow.

This is ideal for growing businesses, or established businesses finding themselves in an increasingly crowded space, needing a path to stand out.

Brand Design

If you already have a logo you love all I would do is define some constraints and specs to make sure we get the right logo onto all of your profiles, accounts, and printed materials so it can look its best for everyone, everywhere. But, if you don’t have a real logo or were thinking it might be time for an update in the “visual identity” arena anyways, you’ve come to the right place, I can provide everything from a few logo concepts for sometime down the road, to a brand refresh, or something completely new.

Mission + Core Values 

Take a little bit deeper dive into your why, and reach a whole new cosmic connection with your customers, or something. That part’s on you, but identifying, outlining, and writing out your mission, vision, value proposition, and core values in ink on paper, or keyboard on… pixel? Clearly stating your what and why can help you make those big business decisions when the rubber meets the road.

Demographics 

An active and engaged online presence can reveal audience/customer demographic information, which can help drive strategy and better engage the people that want to engage with you anyways.
